Building the paper-reference matrix

1. On the TFGUI, select Matrix > Load paper to reference matrix

2. A series of messages will show on the MATLAB command console, showing number of papers and number of references loaded.

3. The paper-reference matrix is stored in the variable project.raw.ref_mat.

4. project.raw.taskid holds the database paper keys.

5. project.raw.dates holds the paper publication dates in MATLAB date format

6. project.raw.a_p_r holds a table of papers matched to references. (A citing to cited table.)
